Studio Glyn Architects in conjunction with TLA Interiors carried out a full renovation of this Grade II Listed Apartment over three floors. It had already been stripped back to its shell and core when the client purchased it. The project sought and gained the relevant listed building consents, planning consents and involved complex structural renovations, entirely new services, new walls and all new finishes throughout, as well as the installation of multiple new mezzanines to enhance the layout and make best use of the space available. A key part of the brief was to make the flat as discretely accessible as possible to suit the septuagenarian clients through to their 90's and beyond. The flat was also designed to best display the client's extensive art collection and incorporate their own unique creative style.
